Each guest aged 12+ requires a separate ticket for entry. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your receipt to the event check-in booth to receive your tour wristband(s). Additional event details and check-in information will be emailed closer to the event date.

The Roosevelt Neighborhood Home Tour is made possible by the homeowners, volunteers, musicians, vendors, and community partners who help bring the event to life each year. Explore the opportunities below to participate and be part of one of downtown Phoenix’s signature community events.

We are currently seeking homeowners, business owners, and property owners to participate in this year’s Roosevelt Neighborhood Home Tour. Single-family homes, multifamily residences, high-rise apartments, and local businesses are all encouraged to apply. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your space, celebrate neighborhood character, and be part of one of downtown Phoenix’s signature community events.

Volunteers play a vital role in helping the Home Tour run smoothly. From greeting guests and assisting with directions to supporting setup and check-in operations, your help is greatly appreciated. If you are available to volunteer on Saturday, November 14th, we would love to have you involved.

Local vendors, makers, artists, and small businesses are invited to participate in the Roosevelt Neighborhood Home Tour Vendor Market, taking place alongside the tour from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Space is limited and expected to fill quickly.

Are you a musician or performer? We are looking for artists to perform intimate 1–2 hour porch concerts throughout the neighborhood during the tour. All genres and experience levels are welcome.

Hosted by the Roosevelt Action Association, the annual Historic Home Tour offers a rare opportunity to step inside a curated collection of beautifully preserved and thoughtfully modernized homes. The tour showcases a blend of early 20th-century architecture, contemporary design, and the vibrant character that continues to define Roosevelt today.
